Packaging
By consolidating inbound shipments from multiple suppliers and ensuring proper documentation and bar code labeling, we help minimize freight costs on shipments to our customers.

Dry Packing
Magellan vacuum seals all moisture sensitive products – whether reeled, tubed, or trayed – inside a moisture barrier bag. Dry packing can allow for a moisture free shelf life of 1-2 years depending upon storage conditions and can reduce the incidence of moisture-related damage.

Component Tape and Reel
Magellan can arrange tape and reel service for surface mount device (SMD) and leaded (axial and radial) components.

Bar Code Labeling
Magellan utilizes bar code labels to identify all outbound products to customers. These bar code labels conform to the following industry standards: EIA/JEP 130, ANSI /EIA 556-B, and EIA 624.
